FINALLY I have worked out how to get my updates to you via RSS.
If you would like my updates to be emailed to you ( fantastic for when there is a special on) then please subscribed to my blog if you have not allready done so.... you can do this in the left hand top side.
Please let me know if you are or are not getting thse updates, you should recieve one each time I post.
You can of course choose the frequency of your updates, it is so easy to personalize this....
